Welcome to our PTSA Meetings page!  Here you will find a schedule of all our meetings throughout the school year.

Meeting FAQ:
Who can come to the PTSA meetings?
Anyone who wants to!  Family members, staff members, community members, PTSA members and non-members are all welcome to attend.

Can I bring my kids with me? Absolutely!   We will never turn you away if you have kids in tow.  As parents ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to find someone to watch them.  At our General Meetings we will try to have club members from the HS to keep the kids occupied so that you can focus at the meeting.  During our daytime meetings most parents will bring something for their child to do so that both parent and child are happy.

What is the difference between the meetings?  Since most of our families have students in more than one building, we offer a variety of meeting styles and times so that you can get the information you need without having multiple meetings each month.
  1. Elementary meetings rotate buildings for the meeting site, but always cover topics for all 3 elementary buildings, Ginther, Barclay and Hill.  Reports from district-wide committees (Green Team, Reflections, etc) are also included.
  2. Middle School - these meetings focus on Oliver Middle School as well as district wide committees as they pertain to OMS.
  3. High School - these meetings focus  on BHS as well as district-wide committees
  4. District Wide - only have time for occasional meetings?  These meetings are open to the entire district and include individual building reports and time for questions and concerns, as well as district wide initiatives.  We frequently try to have a guest speaker or presentation at these evening meetings as well.
